Our Magical Rules and Regulations
- At Enchanted, we want to make it clear, that this is a party rental service. Therefore, any add ons or company material provided for our kids must be returned to us at the end of the event as per the consultation agreement.
- Until we've conducted the initial consultation meeting, have received the reservation form, and the deposit, your event date is NOT CONFIRMED.
Transaction of services -
- Before the magic begins, all payments must be COMPLETE before the scheduled party date.
- Once consultation contracts are signed, ALL CHANGES ARE FINAL.
- Please be sure all requirements for your party are communicated, as there is a strict NO REFUND policy.
Party Guest -
- A head count of all attending party guest must be confirmed at least 2 days before the event date.
- Unexpected party guest are welcome, but there will be of $25.00 fee per additional guest INCLUDING the birthday child.
Venue requirements -
- We ask that the venue space is cleared of furnishing before we report to the site and set up the event.
- Punctuality is key to us. That's why we'll ensure Enchanted Events staff can arrive at your house/venue 2 hours in advance for the event setup.
Parent Involvement -
-Parents, we're leaving you responsible for the complete supervision of the event and the participants.
This includes any injuries related to the use of Enchanted Event Equipment, or Vendor equipment.
